It Started with Pop

As a kid, Pop had me wear his blue derby hat to ‘look the part’ while tagging along on sales calls. I didn’t realize it then, but he was teaching me about sales–people, perspective, and trust. Years later while struggling in sales, I finally remembered the key lesson Pop taught me: success isn’t about fitting a mold—it’s about showing up as yourself.
